This redevelopment site is located on Willoughby Street between Tompkins and Throop Avenues in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. This site was the former home of Hebron Baptist Church who purchased the property from the Fez Club in 1984. The property was originally built for the family of German immigrant and Civil War veteran Colonel Henry Roehruntil. Sometime around 1914 it was turned into a venue called the Regina Mansion which ran until at least 1973 when the Fez Club took over.
