Terms of Sale
The wine collection will be sold "as-is, where-is" free and clear of any and all liens.  A 50% deposit is required upon the execution of a purchase agreement.  Balance will be due prior to the pick-up of the wine collection which will be at the sole cost of the purchaser.  The pick-up of the wine collection must be within 14 days of the execution of the purchase agreement. 

Location of the Collection
The wine collection is currently located at professional wine storage facilities in Queens, NY and Mattituck, NY.
