The former development site of The Bushwick Hotel, a 10-story, 144-key hotel located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY will sell via auction in early February 2022.  Plans were approved for a 97,345-square-foot building that was to have a restaurant and lobby on the ground floor followed by 18 rooms each on floors 2-9.  Below ground, the cellar floors will hold bike storage, 14 parking spots, a gym and the hotel’s kitchen and laundry.  There was to be another nine parking spaces on the ground floor, bringing the project’s total to 23.

This property also presents a redevelopment opportunity for multi-level industrial warehousing which is currently at a premium in Brooklyn, NY.
